DESCRIPTION
SOLCUT E.P. is a heavy duty soluble cutting oil blended from Premium High Viscosity Index Paraffinic base oils and is suitable to a wide range of machining operations on Steels, including Stainless Steels and Non-Ferrous metals.
SOLCUT E.P. contains “PASSIVE EXTREME PRESSURE ADDITIVES”. These chemically inactive compounds will not corrode or stain Copper Alloys, Aluminium or other Non-Ferrous metals whilst providing extreme pressure properties for:
TURNING * MILLING * DRILLING * THREADING
TAPPING * GRINDING * BROACHING.

SUMMARY OF BENEFITS
Solcut offers:
High Falex non-seizure load and low friction level provides increased tool life and improved surface finish. Chemically advanced emulsifiers form an externally stable emulsion, highly resistant to thermal, biological and chemical splitting. Effective Biocides and Fungicides destroy microorganisms and prevent foul smelling odours and blocking of circulation systems caused by bacterial decomposition.

STORAGE
All packages should be stored under cover to avoid the possible ingress of water and the obliteration of drum markings. Products should not be stored above 60°C.
